Suits Against Philly Papers Halted In Ch. 11 Case

Law360, New York (July 07, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has affirmed an injunction barring suits against the Philadelphia Inquirer and other local papers, holding that Philadelphia Newspapers LLC’s reorganization and its obligations to its employees recommend halting actions against nondebtor affiliates for an additional 60 days.
