Law360, New York (July 10, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court has partially overturned the royalty rates levied on Internet radio webcasters, vacating a $500 annual minimum fee but leaving in place the per-play royalty rates established by the Copyright Royalty Board.
