Fed. Circ. Revives Bereskin & Parr Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (August 03, 2009, 7:31 PM ET) -- Security system company Touchcom Inc.’s malpractice suit against Canadian intellectual property boutique Bereskin & Parr LLP is back on track following a federal appeals court's ruling that a lower court has personal jurisdiction over the firm and one of its attorneys.
