Law360, New York (September 08, 2009, 1:39 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a guilty verdict and 23-year prison sentence for a Canadian man over his alleged role in defrauding 40,000 U.S. consumers through a telemarketing company that operated a bogus credit recovery business out of Toronto.
