Supreme Court Asked To Nix NFL Antitrust Ruling

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 5:47 PM ET) -- In an amicus brief the American Antitrust Institute and the Consumer Federation of America have urged the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a lower court ruling that essentially blocks the NFL from antitrust scrutiny over an exclusive licensing deal for hats and other products bearing football team logos.
