Law360, New York (October 01, 2009, 4:04 PM ET) -- Universal Studios Home Entertainment LLC has appealed a judge's order allowing antitrust claims to move forward in DVD kiosk operator Redbox Automated Retail LLC's suit alleging Universal orchestrated a vertical boycott to keep distributors from selling Universal DVDs for use in the low-cost rental units.
