Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 2:55 PM ET) -- ConocoPhillips Co. employees claiming that the oil company's attendance and leave policies violate the Family and Medical Leave Act have appealed a federal court's ruling granting summary judgment to the company.
On Wednesday, the five named plaintiffs in the suit filed a notice of their appeal of two rulings by Judge S. James Otero in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California: his Jan. 26 ruling denying class certification in the case and his Feb. 23 ruling granting summary to ConocoPhillips.
