Law360, New York (June 03, 2010, 6:05 PM ET) -- The Supreme Court of Canada has rejected an appeal by the world’s largest chip makers, including Infineon Technologies AG, Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and Samsung Electronics, leaving intact the certification of a class in an antitrust action over alleged price-fixing in the dynamic random access memory industry.
