Federal Circuit To Revisit Work-Product Question

Law360, New York (January 26, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court has agreed to hear en banc a case that will clarify its recent Echostar ruling by determining how far to extend the waiver of attorney-client privilege when companies cite advice from counsel to dodge willful infringement charges.
