Law360, New York (August 02, 2010, 3:54 PM ET) -- The Connecticut Supreme Court ruled Monday that Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal cannot publicly share confidential documents subpoenaed from Florida insurer Brown & Brown Inc. in 2005 as part of a probe into possible antitrust violations in the insurance industry.
