Wal-Mart Wants High Court To Settle Class Cert. Split

Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 6:21 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court ignored existing rules for class certification and created a three-way circuit split on certification issues in in granting class status to more than 1 million female employees, Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said Wednesday in seeking high court intervention.
