7th Circ. Partially Overturns Conrad Black Verdict

Law360, New York (October 29, 2010, 3:49 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court on Friday reversed two fraud convictions against Conrad Black but upheld two other convictions for fraud and obstruction of justice and ordered a lower court to review Black's sentence.
