Law360, New York (January 03, 2011, 2:38 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has rejected a bid by Verizon Wireless LLC, AT&T Mobility LLC, Sprint Nextel Corp. and T-Mobile USA Inc. to throw out a putative class action alleging the companies conspired to fix text message prices.
