Law360, Washington (September 07, 2011, 2:51 PM ET) -- Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Cephalon Inc. clashed before the Federal Circuit on Wednesday over whether the two patents in the multidistrict litigation over Cephalon’s drug Amrix were infringed or invalid for obviousness.
