5th Circ. OKs Hostile Workplace Claims Under ADEA

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 5:23 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit on Monday ruled that plaintiffs may bring hostile work environment claims based on age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, reviving a 65-year-old car salesman's suit against a Chevrolet dealership.
