Citing Skilling, 2nd Circ. Orders Retrial For Ex-NY Pol

Law360, New York (November 16, 2011, 5:33 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday vacated former New York State Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno's conviction and remanded the case for a retrial under the new limited scope of the honest services statute.

Citing the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the case of former Enron Corp.
