FCC Indecency Rule Divides High Court

Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 6:14 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday appeared split on the constitutionality of the Federal Communications Commission's indecency policy, with some justices voicing support for the system as a way to protect viewers from offensive content and others raising questions about whether it is too vague.
