Law360, New York (February 22, 2012, 5:44 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit again denied federal judges a cost-of-living pay raise Friday but held that the judges' class action was not barred by a previous ruling, clearing the way for the suit to possibly return to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The case had already wound its way to the high court after the appeals court issued a quick denial, but the Supreme Court sent the case back to the Federal Circuit in June, saying it wanted a more fleshed out ruling.
