Law360, New York (August 28, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the convictions of two former Commerce Bank executives, a former Philadelphia city treasurer and two others in a wide-ranging 2005 case involving allegations of corruption in connection with the way companies were given city contracts in Philadelphia.
A three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed the convictions of all five defendants in the high-profile case that stemmed from an FBI investigation into allegedly corrupt dealings at Philadelphia's City Hall.
