Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 7:50 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit on Monday upheld the dismissal of a suit alleging that a bank fired an employee for marrying a Mexican citizen who entered the U.S. illegally, ruling that Title VII does not bar discrimination based on immigration status.
