Law360, Washington (July 20, 2012, 4:25 PM ET) -- Certified registered nurse anesthetists can administer anesthesia without a doctor's supervision in Colorado's critical-access and rural hospitals, a state appeals court ruled Thursday, the latest decision in a multistate debate over health care oversight requirements.
