Law360, Washington (August 09, 2012, 6:38 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit indicated Thursday that it would revive Northrop Grumman Computing Systems Inc.'s suit alleging the government breached a software contract by not securing enough funding, saying contractors don't need to disclose pre-performance financing information.
Northrop first sued the government in 2007, seeking $2.7 million on behalf of its financial backers, which funded Northrop's operations under the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement software contract.
