3rd Circ. Misread Dukes With Cert. In Antitrust Row: Comcast

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 6:20 PM ET) -- Comcast Corp. on Friday accused the Third Circuit of relying on dated legal thinking to limit its examination of expert testimony proffered by antitrust plaintiffs seeking class certification, arguing that revisions to the certification rules and the U.S. Supreme Court's landmark Dukes decision required a more rigorous analysis.
