DC Circ. Orders TSA To Explain Delay On Body Scanner Rule

Law360, New York (August 01, 2012, 10:29 PM ET) -- The D.C. Circuit on Wednesday ordered the Transportation Security Administration to explain why it hasn't complied with the appeals court's year-old directive to act “promptly” to regulate the use of potentially invasive body scanners at U.S. airports.
