9th Circ. Finds Taser Warning Adequate After Suspect's Death

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 4:40 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday held that electronic control devices such as Tasers do not have to include warnings that some people may be more vulnerable to their effects than others, affirming a lower court’s ruling against the family of a man who died after being electronically subdued by police.
