9th Circ. Blocks San Francisco's Cellphone Warning Law

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 7:12 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday blocked San Francisco’s attempt to implement its cellphone radiation warning law, affirming a lower court’s ruling that the law's disclosure provisions affecting cellphone merchants violate the First Amendment.
