Law360, New York (December 14, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- 2007 brought several precedent-setting decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court in antitrust law with regard to new pleading standards, vertical resale price maintenance and the relationship between securities and antitrust laws. Many antitrust attorneys believe cases in 2008 will test those precedents to see if the high court's decisions do indeed have far-reaching effects.
