Law360, New York (April 19, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge on Friday stayed antitrust lawsuits by purchasers of computers containing dynamic random access memory in a multidistrict litigation against DRAM manufacturers, pending the appeal of an earlier order dismissing their claims.
The plaintiffs' motion for class certification in the MDL is due June 16, but the membership of the class will largely depend on the outcome of the appeal. If the appellate court upholds the district court's original order, it will knock out about 90% of a proposed class of indirect purchasers of DRAM....
