Rogue Workers Don't Make Corps. Liable: Prosecutor

Law360, New York (November 24, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a case involving illegal dumping by workers at a shipping company, the one-time federal prosecutor who led the task force that probed Enron Corp.'s demise has asked a U.S. appeals court to re-examine the liability standards for corporations whose employees commit crimes.
