Law360, New York (January 20, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Former Enron Corp. CEO Jeffrey Skilling is challenging a federal appeals court's recent decision to uphold his 2006 convictions for allegedly taking part in a conspiracy to conceal Enron's financial woes, asking for an en banc rehearing in the case.
Skilling filed a petition seeking the en banc rehearing, as well as another petition for a panel rehearing, on Tuesday with the U.S. Court for Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
