Law360, New York (May 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., LG Electronics Inc. and several other major cell phone makers have been tied into a patent infringement action by a Barcelona-based firm over its internal antenna technology.
Fractus SA lodged the suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday, alleging 10 companies and some of their units were making and selling cell phones and other products with internal antennas that violated its various patents.
