Judge Holds Off On Class Cert. In Drug Price Suit

Law360, New York (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has stalled a California county's bid to certify more than 1,000 health centers as a class in its suit accusing 12 pharmaceutical companies of systematic overcharges for covered drugs, saying the court needs more time to look at an “unprecedented genre of litigation.”
