GraphOn Settles Patent Case With Google

Law360, New York (June 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Computer application software developer GraphOn Corp. and online search giant Google Inc. have agreed to settle a patent case involving technology that covers Internet transactions, according to GraphOn.

GraphOn first sued Google in August for alleged infringement of four patents, alleging that several of Google's Web sites that allow users to post searchable entries, advertisements, blogs and video media infringe patents assigned to Santa Cruz, Calif.-based GraphOn.
