Google, Yahoo, AOL Hit With Data Patent Suit

Law360, New York (June 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A technology company has hit a number of Internet giants, including Google Inc., Yahoo Inc. and CME Group Inc., with a suit claiming they infringed a patent covering software that removes expired data from information storage systems.

Bedrock Computer Technologies LLC filed suit against 10 defendants on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
