Wyeth Heads To Court Again To Protect Effexor

Law360, New York (July 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- In the latest chapter in its long-running fight to block generic competition for the popular antidepressant Effexor XR, Wyeth has slapped Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and subsidiary Orgenus Pharma Inc. with a patent infringement lawsuit.
