Come Back In 2012, Weil Tells Summer Associates

Law360, New York (July 17, 2009, 6:22 PM ET) -- New hires from Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP's 2009 summer associates' program have been offered the option to defer their start dates until January 2012 because the firm's low turnover and a large entering class from the previous associate deferral have left little room for them.

Summer associates who elect to defer their start dates from January 2011 to January 2012 will receive a $75,000 stipend, provided they do at least 1,000 hours of firm-approved public service work in the U.S. or abroad, Weil Gotshal said...
