Judge OKs Sealed Objections To Charter Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (August 14, 2009, 4:28 PM EDT) -- The judge overseeing Charter Communications Inc.’s bankruptcy case has agreed to allow all objections and supporting motions to the cable company’s restructuring plan to be filed under seal.

Judge James M. Peck of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York signed off Thursday on a series of orders authorizing the filing of sealed objections and supporting motions, citing attorney-client privilege that had been granted to Charter and other parties in the case in earlier orders.
