Section 337 Not Just For Patent Cases: Experts

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 12:58 PM EDT) -- Section 337 filings at the U.S. International Trade Commission overwhelmingly involve patent infringement, but the ITC can also provide an effective forum for other types of intellectual property cases, particularly those involving gray market goods, according to experts.
