Oracle's Sun Acquisition Passes DOJ Antitrust Test

Law360, New York (August 20, 2009, 6:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division on Thursday gave the go-ahead to Oracle Corp.'s $7.4 billion acquisition of Sun Microsystems Inc., removing one of the major hurdles to completion of the deal.
