Maron Atty Alleges Bawdy Behavior By Supervisor

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 5:35 PM EDT) -- A former associate at Maron Marvel Bradley & Anderson PA has sued the firm, saying she was sexually harassed by her female supervisor and then eventually terminated for complaining about the treatment.

In a complaint filed Monday with the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, Philadelphia resident Jennifer Braude asked for both compensatory and punitive damages for violations of the Civil Rights Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
