Cell Phone Users Say T-Mobile Breached Contract

Law360, New York (September 08, 2009, 6:26 PM ET) -- Two T-Mobile customers have lodged a proposed class action against the company for breach of contract and other charges that they say will total at least $12 million per month they were billed in alleged violation of the contract.
