Hart Seeks To Undo Diebold Sale Until Suit Resolved

Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 1:29 PM ET) -- Hart Intercivic Inc. has asked a federal court to require Election Systems & Software Inc. to divest the voting systems business it purchased earlier this month from Diebold Inc. while Hart's antitrust suit over the deal is pending.

The Austin, Texas-based election systems company filed a motion for temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware in an effort to keep ES&S from integrating Diebold's assets into the company.
