Congress Opens Fire On High Court Age Bias Ruling

George Miller, D-Calif., have taken up arms following the U.S. Supreme Court's June decision in favor of FBL Financial Services Inc., launching legislation they claim will “restore vital civil rights protections” for older workers after the high court made it more difficult to prove age discrimination.
