Broadcom, Atheros Look To Invalidate CSIRO Patent

Law360, New York (November 11, 2009, 2:12 PM ET) -- In an anticipative move, semiconductor companies Broadcom Corp. and Atheros Communications Inc. have lodged a declaratory judgment suit against Australia's national science agency, seeking a declaration that one of the agency's patents is invalid, unenforceable and not infringed by the two companies' products.
