Quest Energy Lashed With Investor Class Action

Law360, New York (November 11, 2009, 2:57 PM ET) -- Investors have filed a consolidated class action accusing Quest Energy Partners LP of turning a blind eye while its former CEO pilfered $10 million from the corporate coffers.

The complaint, lodged Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, alleges the energy company’s various board members and auditors enabled former Chief Financial Officer David E. Grose and CEO Jerry D. Cash to carry out the long-running fraud.
