Mass Engineered Targets 29 Cos. In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 13, 2009, 2:54 PM ET) -- Nearly a year after a federal jury awarded Mass Engineered Design Inc. $3 million in an infringement action against Dell Inc. and three other companies, the Canadian technology firm has brought a new suit accusing more than two dozen companies — including Human Scale Corp. and Targus Inc. — of infringing the same patent for multiscreen display units.
