Adidas Sues Importer Over Knockoff Soccer Jerseys

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 1:29 PM ET) -- Adidas AG has filed a trademark infringement suit against Clear Solutions, accusing the importer of selling counterfeit soccer jerseys containing the athletic wear company's distinctive three-stripe mark.

The Germany-based athletic apparel manufacturer filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against Georgia-based CS Imports LLC, which does business as Clear Solutions, and its owner Suping Feng.
