PACid Refocuses Patent Case On Single Alcatel Unit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 5:03 PM ET) -- The PACid Group LLC is seeking to drop claims against a group of Alcatel-Lucent entities in its lawsuit alleging dozens of firms have infringed its two data encryption patents and is looking to consolidate the action with a related case that has targeted only Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc.
