Two Claims Left Standing In Hyundai Subframe Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 5:00 PM ET) -- A federal judge has tossed all claims against Hyundai Motor Co., and all but two state law claims against Hyundai Motor America, in a putative class action over allegedly defective subframes on Sonatas.

Judge Andrew Guilford of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California handed down his order on Nov. 9, granting dismissal bids from the two Hyundai entities.
