Takeda Appeals Win For Teva In Generic Prevacid Case

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009, 5:25 PM ET) -- Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. is appealing its loss in a patent battle with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. over a generic version of the acid reflux drug Prevacid.

Takeda filed a notice Tuesday that it was appealing to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit the final judgment and order, issued by Judge Sue L.
